What’s cooking?

When there is no school, my project keeps me busy! Being a nutritionist my project involves designing healthy reipces. It doesn’t just stop at designing or creating, I have to cook them, standardize them, determine appropriate portion size and finally taste test! Before finalizing the recipes they have to pass a specific criteria – they should be low in saturated fats, high in fiber, low in simple sugars, high in complex carbohydrates, low in sodium, taste good and look good, yes a bit of food styling to make it look mouthwatering…
