I am very good at making resolutions but not at keeping them. However, I will continue to make resolutions for this year as I do believe that even though I may not achieve them completely, I may take little steps in that direction which definitely makes me feel happy. I read this somewhere and it holds true for me “By avoiding the need to be perfect, and focusing on behaviors that move the needle in the right direction, you can get the changes you seek”
My resolutions for 2014
1. Do not stress
2. Paint more often
3. Plant a garden
4. Exercise at 3-4 times/week
5. Drink 2 glasses of milk ( this has been on the list for quite some time now)
