- Wake up at 6am every single day.
- Drink milk 2 glasses + 1 cup of yogurt.
- Forget the word ‘STRESS’
- Do not shout/scream when angry, try to be calm
- Read a book for at least an hour everyday
- Pray every single day, when awake and going to bed!
