I am almost done with this semester. I am saying almost because I still have a couple research papers to work on, analyze my research data , write my MS project, and apply for DI which a long and a time consuming process. Anyway, since I am done with finals, I decided to paint. This time it was not on a canvas for a change. I painted some rocks, I picked from Mendocino coast. I wasn’t sure what I was going to with those rocks, but had picked them up anyways. It has been a ritual for me, as a child whenever my parents took me outdoors like beaches, waterfalls, farm tours, I picked various stones, rocks, shells, dried flowers, barks etc. and made something out of it! I am so fascinated by nature, and I love both rocks and paints so I went ahead and painted them..
I absolutely enjoyed the time I spent creating these beautiful rocks 🙂
