Culinary experiments
Ever since I graduated in November 2014, I have been spending more time in kitchen not because I enjoy cooking but because I like experimenting on my husband. Here are a few things I have tried my hands on the past few months
Black bean quesedilla with leftover rotis
Kaju Katli - failed attempt it was more of a fudge consistency so I ended up making balls/ladoos and eating them :)
Jalebi (Gits)! My fondest memory of my late grandpa was that of eating jalebis on #republicday! Neither do we get good quality jalebis here nor is my grandpa anymore with us to enjoy jalebis. But to honor this special memory, I tried making jalebis at home
