About the writer

Hi, I am Sneha.

I write about the ordinary things that end up becoming the story: food, travel, family, work, festivals, quiet reflections, and the seasons of life that ask us to pay attention.

Why this blog exists

Sneha Speaks began as a place to collect thoughts, photos, celebrations, and lessons from everyday life. Some posts are travel diaries. Some are food memories. Some are lists, questions, career notes, or honest reflections written during complicated chapters.

I am a registered dietitian, so nutrition and health show up here too, but this is not only a professional site. It is a personal archive: part journal, part scrapbook, part record of becoming.

You will find posts from India, Japan, Hawaii, California, and wherever life happened to take me next. You will also find recipes, exam advice, family stories, festivals, paintings, and the small observations that felt worth saving at the time.
