Day 27: Some of your habits you would like to improve


There are many habits, I would like to improve or inculcate…

  • Wake up at 6am every single day.
  • Drink milk 2 glasses + 1 cup of yogurt.
  • Forget the word ‘STRESS’
  • Do not shout/scream when angry, try to be calm
  •  Read a book for at least an hour everyday
  • Pray every single day, when awake and going to bed!
