While I was exploring the Red Brick Warehouse in Yokohama, Sagar bumped into Ice Bashamichi, no wonder it was an ice-cream shop! After a lot of insistence from him I agreed to try this place. It was quite different from usual ice-cream parlors. The menu was quite innovative. We decided to go for the most innovative thing which at first looked like a donut to me! As we waited for our order I was checking out the place which was tiny but the space was very well utilized. The place was pretty crowded but I managed to click storage cum washbasin cabinet. Sagar was too eager to taste it, he is a big fan of desserts: ice-creams,chocolates and so is my dad! Soon we got what we ordered for “A ring of Ice”. I luckily don’t have a sweet tooth (helps save “calories in”) I was just waiting to take a picture as it looked decorative. He was relishing it, I took a bite and must admit that it was delicious. Wafer coated with white chocolate and milk and sandwiched in between was ice, milk, summer berries and Raspberry Sauce.
I missed my dad for two reasons: 1) He loves to try new sweets 2) It was father’s day!
Summer berry and Rasperry Ice-ring looks delicious, isn’t it?
Admist a well utilized space
