I had been to Hakone last weekend. One of the most beautiful tourist places I have come across. Hakone has lots of museums, parks, shrines, lakes and Mt.Fuji (biggest mountain in Japan). It is very well connected with different types of transports like trains, buses, cable car, rope-way and a cruise! We spent lot of time exploring the open-air museum which had beautiful scenery, fresh-air and some great sculptures. It also had the great ‘Picasso’ art gallery. A very refreshing and relaxing weekend away from the hectic city life!
The railway platform, reminds me of Churniroad Station Mumbai.
Local train-lifeline of Japan too!
Kids again going to school!
Japanese shrine
Fish pond in the open-air museum
Symphonic sculpture in the open-air museum, very artistic
Cable car track, reminds me of Matheran
My first rope-way experience,yay!!
Amazing cruise for Lake Ashi and Mt Fuji
